Terms & Conditions
Any order received from a buyer will only be accepted by WeeTree Nurseries on the basis of these terms and conditions being a part of the Contract Of Sale. Terms and conditions included in or attached to customers own order forms are expressly excluded unless accepted in writing by WeeTree Wholesale Nurseries prior to orders being placed.
The total amount ordered qualifies for quantity rate – i.e. order a TOTAL of 100, 500 or 1000 pieces then that rate applies to the entire order.
Minimum order per variety is 25 plants (applicable to all forestry transplants).
Minimum order quantity is 100 plants (applicable to all forestry transplants).
Shrubs and trees can be ordered in smaller quantities, please discuss at time of ordering.
Plants are offered subject to being available at the time of receipt of a customers order. In the event of a variety or size not being available the customer will be advised and offered an alternative where possible. The order will be held for a period of seven days after which the order will be despatched without that item unless we receive further instructions.
All prices are quoted ex-nursery – carriage whether by carrier or our own transport will be charged at cost.
We try to set our prices for the season but reserve the right to vary prices if we are forced to by market restrictions. Customers will be advised of any price change prior to ordering.
Prices shown and quoted by the sales team are subject to VAT at the rate in force at time of despatch.
Unless credit has been agreed, payment is due in full either prior to delivery or on collection. Proforma invoices can be sent on request. New customers requiring credit are requested to complete an Account Application – orders will be held until satisfactory references have been obtained. We are pleased to accept all major credit cards for full or part payment. Cash payments can only be accepted by prior arrangement and not at time of delivery.
Please note that all goods supplied remain the property of WeeTree Wholesale Nurseries until full payment has been received. WeeTree reserves the right to reclaim the goods supplied for non-payment of account.
All goods supplied are warranted to be good quality stock. The customer must verify this on receipt of the goods. Any complaints should be notified by phone within 48 hours and subsequently confirmed in writing within 7 days of delivery, giving full details of the complaint. We regret we are unable to consider any complaints received outside of these timescales as authentication is impracticable. We suggest use of recorded or registered delivery methods if sending by post.
Liability is restricted to the replacement of goods or refund of their original cost at our option.
As we have no control over the weather, planting method and subsequent treatment of stock once it has been delivered, the health and survival of goods supplied is the sole responsibility of the purchaser from the time of receipt of goods. Subsequently any complaints where one or more of these factors are relevant will not be accepted. We reserve the right to inspect the goods in situe to accurately diagnose the cause for complaint.
